Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension increases as well as vocational skills, personal outlook, self-esteem, and self-expression.
Veteran Program (VP)
The VP assist veterans with disabilities and/or mental health needs through Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Therapeutic Riding, or a combination thereof. Veterans experience physical, emotional, and psychological benefits including confidence, self-efficacy and concept, effective communication, trust, balanced perspective, reduced anxiety, decreased isolation, self-acceptance, social skills, and the ability to set boundaries.
